Planning and Organization

Something that I have learned that works is planning.
I would always tell myself that I would go to the gym five days a week and I would... But I would find myself running on the treadmill and leaving in thirty minutes because I didn't have a plan.
What I do now?

Write down everything.

I don't care if it is a bad day or a good day...write down every little detail.
I am already an organizational freak so my school assignments are done weeks in advance and I practically have my days planned out a day before they happen.  Do I allow some flexibility?  Well sure I do!  If something comes up, its no big deal, take the opportunity and get back on track as soon as you can.

I write down breakfast, snacks, and dinners.
I write down what my workout is going to be before I get to the gym so I don't have any excuses.  At the end of the day with the help of my fitbit, I write down my ending stats such as my steps walked, hours slept, stairs climbed, and calories burned.
I love my fitbit, I would totally get one if I were you.  Not to be biased or anything.

In other news, I am SO HAPPY that I wrote my first workout for a friend of mine. She has always been so into getting in shape and I really hope that it works for her.

Hopefully signing up for my second show this weekend!
After that and buying a new suit.. all money I have left is being spent on this wedding! (:

Gotta run!
Some people have to work the crappy hours!
